Olivier BOSSÉ

• Master’s degree in private law with a major in business law (University of Poitiers).
•  Diploma in Notarial Law (University of Poitiers).
• Postgraduate professional degree (DESS) in asset management (University of Auvergne).

Maître Bossé began his career with the firm in 1999, before becoming a partner in 2006. He assists company directors in the management, transfer and arbitration of their professional and private assets. He also assists and advises many of the office’s institutional clients in their real estate transactions on a national level.
Olivier Bossé is a member of the Maxim’s Business Club (now the MBC circle), the Club des Chasseurs et Veneurs de l’Immobilier (CCVI) and the Automobile Club de France (ACF).

Julie BRAMI
Notaire associée

• Master’s degree in private law (University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne).
• Postgraduate professional degree (DESS) in notarial law (University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne).

Maître Brami started her career with the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2006.
She has an extensive knowledge of all notarial matters and is particularly involved in real estate law, property law, business law and banking law.

Dominique HOVASSE

• Diploma in Notarial Law

Maitre Hovasse has gained experience at the highest level in major Parisian notary offices. He was a salaried notary in 2014 and also worked as a legal director for a national property developer. He was a notary partner at the Champ de Mars notarial office and joined Roquepine Notaires in 2020.

He has developed particular expertise in town planning law, real estate law and construction law. He is an expert in the obligations concerning public property, assisting public and para-public entities in their projects.

Samuel PEZARD

• Master 2 in Asset Management (PARIS II Panthéon-Assas)
• Diploma in Notarial Law

Maitre Pezard gained experience at the highest level in a nationally renowned office in Rennes and then moved to a large notary office in Paris. He became a salaried notary in 2014. He was a notary partner at the Champ de Mars notary office before joining Roquepine Notaires in 2020.

He has developed a particular expertise in the organisation of family assets and advises individuals on their transmission strategies (gifts, inheritance, use of company law, Dutreil pacts for businesses). He is an expert in the rules of the taxation of artworks. He is also specialised in civil property law, having defended a doctoral thesis on the adaptability of property law applied to the example of private forests (for which he received the Claude Thibierge prize and the Louis Lorvellec prize).
